HEARTLAND DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND
January 21, 2021 11:35 AM ESTDubuque, IA, Jan. 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF), announced that its board of directors approved a 10% increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.22 per share on the company's common stock payable on February 26, 2021, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2021. As of December 31, 2020, there were 42,093,862 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
