Wintrust Financial Corporation Reports Fourth Quarter 2020 Net Income of $101.2 million and Full-Year 2020 Net Income of $293.0 million
January 20, 2021 4:42 PM ESTROSEMONT, Ill., Jan. 20, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wintrust Financial Corporation (Wintrust, the Company, "we" or "our") (Nasdaq: WTFC) announced net income of $101.2 million or $1.63 per diluted common share for the fourth quarter of 2020, a decrease in diluted earnings per common share of 2% compared to the third quarter of 2020 and an increase of 13% compared to the fourth quarter of 2019. The Company recorded net income of $293.0 million or $4.68 per diluted common share for the year ended December 31, 2020 compared to net income of $355.7 million or $6.03 per diluted common share for the same period of 2019.
