Invitae Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
January 20, 2021 4:05 PM ESTSAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 20, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Invitae Corporation (NYSE: NVTA) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $400.0Â million of shares of its common stock, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. All of the shares are being offered by Invitae.
