Medical Properties Trust Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (the Company) (NYSE: MPW) announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 32,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $20.05 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,800,000 shares of its common stock.
