Agree Realty Announces Common Stock Offering
January 6, 2021 4:10 PM ESTBLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Jan. 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) (the "Company") today announced that it commenced an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about January 8, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In connection with the offering, the Company expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock.
