Alexandria Real Estate (ARE) Prices 6M Share Upsized Offering at $164/Sh
January 6, 2021 6:08 AM ESTAlexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE: ARE) today announced the pricing of its upsized public offering of 6,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $164.00 per share in connection with the forward sale agreements described below. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares. The offering is expected to close on or about January 8, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
