Eagle Bancorp, Inc. Announces Cash Dividend and New Repurchase Program
December 17, 2020 4:30 PM ESTBETHESDA, Md., Dec. 17, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (the Company) (NASDAQ: EGBN), the parent company for EagleBank, today announced a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2020, in the amount of $0.22 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on February 1, 2021 to shareholders of record on January 8, 2021.
