BNCCORP, INC. Announces Special Cash Dividend And 175,000 Share Repurchase Authorization
December 17, 2020 7:00 AM ESTBISMARCK, N.D., Dec. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --  BNCCORP, INC. (BNC or the Company) (OTCQX Markets: BNCC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special, one-time cash dividend of $8.00 per share of BNCCORP, INC. common stock. The dividend is payable on February 1, 2021, to holders of record on January 14, 2021. The aggregate payment to be made in connection with the dividend will be approximately $28.7 million.
