Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation Declares Fourth Quarter 2020 Dividend
December 15, 2020 4:30 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation (ACRE) (NYSE: ACRE) announced today that it declared a fourth quarter 2020 cash dividend of $0.33 per common share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 30, 2020.
