(NASDAQ: NMTR) (the "Company"), a clinical-stage rare and unmet needs-focused gastroenterology company, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 46,153,847 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $0.65 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 6,923,077 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on December 15, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
