MAA Announces Increase to Quarterly Common Dividend
December 8, 2020 4:15 PM ESTGERMANTOWN, Tenn., Dec. 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â MAA (NYSE: MAA)Â today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend payment of $1.025 per share of common stock to be paid on January 29, 2021 to shareholders of record on January 15, 2021, representing a 2.5% increase over the prior rate.
