December 7, 2020 9:00 AM ESTGLYFADA, Greece, Dec. 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Globus Maritime Limited (the Company or Globus) (NASDAQ: GLBS) announced today that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain unaffiliated institutional investors to issue approximately 1.41 million of its common shares (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1.27 million common shares at a purchase price of $8.50 per common share and accompanying warrant (or $8.49 per pre-funded warrant and accompanying warrant) in a registered direct offering.
