Codexis Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
December 2, 2020 11:10 PM ESTREDWOOD CITY, Calif., Dec. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Codexis, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDXS), a leading protein engineering company, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,285,715 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $17.50 per share. Net proceeds to Codexis from the offering are expected to be approximately $70.2 million after underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
