November 24, 2020 5:30 PM ESTUNIONDALE, N.Y., Nov. 24, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the Company) (Nasdaq-GS: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the Bank), today announced that the Board of Directors (the Board) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.21 per common share, payable on December 23, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2020.
