November 23, 2020 4:20 PM ESTHOLMDEL, NJ, Nov. 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (NYSE: MNR) reported Net Loss Attributable to Common Shareholders of $48.6 million or $0.50 per diluted share for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2020 as compared to Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders of $11.0 million or $0.12 per diluted share for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2019, representing a decrease of $0.62 per share. The decrease primarily resulted from the implementation of a new accounting rule which became effective for our fiscal yearend 2019 requiring that unrealized gains and losses resulting from our securities...
