AVROBIO Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
November 19, 2020 4:09 PM ESTCAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AVROBIO, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVRO), a leading clinical-stage gene therapy company, today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $75 million of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
The company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $11.25 million of additional shares of its common stock (15 percent) offered in the public offering.
