Merck Announces First-Quarter 2021 Dividend
November 17, 2020 1:25 PM ESTKENILWORTH, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share of the companys common stock for the first quarter of 2021. Payment will be made on Jan. 8, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 15, 2020.
