Preferred Apartment Communities (APTS) Misses Q3 EPS by 3c, Revenues Beat
November 9, 2020 5:30 PM ESTPreferred Apartment Communities (NYSE: APTS) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.79), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.76). Revenue for the quarter came in at $126.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $124.25 million.
