EVO Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results
November 5, 2020 7:00 AM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EVO Payments, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVOP) (EVO or the Company) today announced its third quarter 2020 financial results. For the third quarter ended September 30, 2020, reported revenue was $117.0 million compared to $122.4 million in the prior year. On a reported and currency neutral basis, revenue for the third quarter decreased 4%. On a GAAP basis for the quarter ended September 30, 2020, net income was $14.6 million compared to net loss of $5.0 million in the prior year.
