Revenues were $205.3 million in Q3 2020 compared to $219.3 million in Q3 2019. Net income from continuing operations was $11.1 million in Q3 2020 compared to $13.7 million in Q3 2019. Adjusted EBITDA(7), a non-GAAP measure, was $23.6 million in Q3 2020 compared to $28.8 million in Q3 2019. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was $0.50 in Q3 2020 compared to $0.61 in Q3 2019. Adjusted diluted earnings per share from continuing operations(7), a non-GAAP measure, was $0.59 in Q3 2020 compared to $0.79 in Q3 2019.
