(Mid Penn) (NASDAQ: MPB), the parent company of Mid Penn Bank (the Bank), today reported net income to common shareholders (earnings) for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 of $6,547,000 or $0.78 per common share basic and diluted, compared to earnings of $4,813,000 or $0.57 per common share basic and diluted for the quarter ended September 30, 2019.
