Camden National Corporation Reports Third Quarter 2020 Financial Results
October 27, 2020 8:30 AM EDTCAMDEN, Maine, Oct. 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â Camden National Corporation (NASDAQ: CAC; "Camden National" or the "Company"), a $5.2 billion bank holding company headquartered in Camden, Maine, reported net income for the third quarter of 2020 of $16.8 million, an increase of $2.3 million, or 16%, compared to the third quarter of 2019. Diluted earnings per share ("EPS") for the third quarter of 2020 was $1.11, an increase of $0.17, or 18%, over the third quarter of 2019.
