Revenues for the third quarter of 2020 under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") were $674.0 million, increasing $55.3 million, or 8.9%, compared to the third quarter of the prior year, with commissions and fees increasing by 8.7% and Organic Revenue(1) increasing by 4.3%.
