Hilltop Holdings Inc. Announces Financial Results for Third Quarter 2020
October 22, 2020 5:15 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hilltop Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HTH) (Hilltop) today announced financial results for the third quarter of 2020. Hilltop produced income from continuing operations to common stockholders of $152.5 million, or $1.69 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2020, compared to $74.2 million, or $0.81 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2019. Hilltops financial results from continuing operations for the third quarter of 2020 reflect a significant increase in mortgage origination segment net gains from sale of loans and other mortgage production income.
