Associated Banc-Corp Reports Third Quarter 2020 Earnings of $0.26 Per Common Share Including Restructuring Charges and Tax Benefits
October 22, 2020 4:15 PM EDTGREEN BAY, Wis., Oct. 22, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB) ("Associated" or "Company") today reported net income available to common equity ("earnings") of $40 million, or $0.26 per common share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. Â Third quarter earnings, excluding restructuring charges and tax benefits, were $0.24 per common share1. These amounts compare to net income available to common equity of $80 million, or $0.49 per common share for the quarter ended September 30, 2019.
Year to date earnings were $227 million, or $1.46 per common share, compared to $243 million, or $1.48 per common share, for the same period last year.... More
