Astrotech Announces Pricing of $18.0 Million Upsized Public Offering
October 21, 2020 1:15 PM EDTAUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Astrotech Corporation (Nasdaq: ASTC), today announced the pricing of a public offering of an aggregate of 7,826,086 shares of common stock, at a purchase price of $2.30 per share of common stock. The closing of the public offering is expected to occur on or about October 23, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
