Caterpillar Inc. Maintains Dividend

DEERFIELD, Ill., Oct. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) voted today to maintain the quarterly cash dividend of one dollar and three cents ($1.03) per share of common stock, payable on November 20, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 26, 2020.

"Caterpillar's dividend has remained a high priority through all economic cycles, and I am pleased our strong balance sheet supports maintaining our dividend this quarter," said Caterpillar Chairman and CEO Jim Umpleby.
