Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. Announces Pricing of Upsized Primary Public Offering of Common Stock
September 17, 2020 9:59 PM EDTPRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EPRT; the Company) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,800,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,320,000 shares of common stock. The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including potential future investments.
