SL Green Realty Corp. Announces Common and Preferred Stock Dividends
September 17, 2020 7:30 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG), Manhattans largest office landlord, today announced that its board of directors has declared a monthly dividend of $0.295 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2020.
The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly dividend on the company's Series I Preferred Stock for the period July 15, 2020 through October 14, 2020 of $0.40625 per share, which is the equivalent of an annualized dividend of $1.625 per share. The dividend will be payable on... More
