Kodak (KODK) Law Firm Says No Laws Broke with June Stock Purchases and Early Option Grants
September 16, 2020 7:16 AM EDTEastman Kodak Company (NASDAQ: KODK) broke no laws in relation to the announcement of a planned $765 million loan from the U.S. government, according to the findings of a law firm hired by the special committee of independent directors of the Board.
