Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. Reports First Quarter Fiscal 2021 Financial Results
September 3, 2020 4:05 PM EDTSPRINGFIELD, Mass., Sept. 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Select: SWBI), a U.S.-based leader in firearm manufacturing and design, today announced financial results for the first quarter fiscal 2021, ended July 31, 2020. The financial results for the period are reported in two segments: Firearms and Outdoor Products & Accessories. On August 24, 2020, the company announced that it had completed the previously announced spin-off of its Outdoor Products & Accessories segment. Therefore, first quarter fiscal 2021 represents the final period in which the Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. financial results will include the financial results of the Outdoor Products & Accessories segment.
