Construction Partners, Inc. Announces Fiscal 2020 Third Quarter Results
August 7, 2020 7:00 AM EDTDOTHAN, Ala., Aug. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â Construction Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROAD) (the "Company"), a vertically integrated civil infrastructure company specializing in the construction and maintenance of roadways across five southeastern states, today reported financial and operating results for its third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2020. Results for the quarter included revenues of $217.0 million, gross profit of $36.5 million, net income of $15.7 million, and adjusted EBITDA(1) of $31.9 million.
