August 6, 2020 8:30 AM EDTNEW YORK, Aug. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE: MFA) today provided its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020.
Second Quarter 2020 financial results update:
MFA generated second quarter net income of $88.4 million, or $0.19 per common share. During the second quarter, we continued to take actions to preserve book value, reduce leverage, generate liquidity and stabilize our financial position.
