EVO Reports Second Quarter 2020 Results
August 5, 2020 7:00 AM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EVO Payments, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVOP) (EVO or the Company) today announced its second quarter 2020 financial results. For the second quarter ended June 30, 2020, reported revenue was $94.3 million compared to $122.5 million in the prior year, a decrease of 23%. On a currency neutral basis, reported revenue for the second quarter decreased 19%. On a GAAP basis for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, net loss was $9.0 million compared to net income of $3.8 million in the prior year.
