SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
August 3, 2020 4:13 PM EDTROSWELL, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE: SITE) (the Company) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,150,000 shares of its common stock.
BofA Securities is acting as the sole underwriter in the registered public offering of those shares. The Company expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the common shares offered in the offering.
