Exponent Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
July 30, 2020 4:05 PM EDTMENLO PARK, Calif., July 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Exponent, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXPO) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock. The Company also announced that the Board of Directors has authorized an additional $45 million for stock repurchases.
The quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock is to be paid on September 25, 2020 to all common stockholders of record as of September 11, 2020. Exponent has paid, and expects to continue to pay, quarterly dividends each year in March, June, September and December. Future declarations... More
