Universal Logistics Holdings Reports Second Quarter 2020 Financial Results
July 30, 2020 4:30 PM EDTWARREN, Mich., July 30, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULH), a leading asset-light provider of customized transportation and logistics solutions, today reported consolidated second quarter 2020 net income of $6.2 million, or $0.23 per basic and diluted share, on total operating revenues of $258.0 million. This compares to $20.0 million, or $0.70 per basic and diluted share, during second quarter 2019 on total operating revenues of $383.2 million. Included in second quarter 2020 results were $0.9 million of pre-tax holding gains, or $0.02 per share, on marketable securities due to changes in fair value recognized in income.Â
