XPO Logistics Announces Second Quarter 2020 Results
July 30, 2020 4:15 PM EDTGREENWICH, Conn., July 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- XPO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: XPO) today announced its second quarter 2020 financial results, which were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Revenue was $3.50 billion for the quarter, compared with $4.24 billion for the same period in 2019. The company reported a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $132 million for the quarter, or a diluted loss per share of $1.45, compared with net income attributable to common shareholders of $122 million, or diluted earnings per share of $1.19, for the same period in 2019.Â
