AvalonBay Communities, Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2020 Operating Results
July 29, 2020 4:15 PM EDTARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AvalonBay Communities, Inc. (NYSE: AVB) (the Company) reported today that Net Income Attributable to Common Stockholders for the three months ended June 30, 2020 was $170,828,000. Earnings per Share diluted (EPS) for the three months ended June 30, 2020 remained unchanged from the prior year period at $1.21.
Funds from Operations attributable to common stockholders - diluted (FFO) per share for the three months ended June 30, 2020 decreased 1.3% to $2.21 from $2.24 for the prior year period.
