QTS Realty Trust (QTS) Misses Q2 EPS by 4c, Revenues Beat; Raises FY20 EPS Mid-Point Outlook, Provides FY20 Revenue Guidance
July 27, 2020 4:10 PM EDTQTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.05), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $131.64 million versus the consensus estimate of $129.93 million.
Additional Second Quarter Highlights
Recognized total consolidated revenues of $131.6 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, an increase of 10.5% compared to the same period in 2019.
