Brown-Forman Declares Cash Dividend Marking 75th Consecutive Year
July 23, 2020 4:02 PM EDTLOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Brown-Forman Corporations (NYSE: BFA) (NYSE: BFB) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.1743 on its Class A and Class B common Stock. Stockholders of record on September 4, 2020, will receive the cash dividend on October 1, 2020.
Brown-Forman has paid regular quarterly cash dividends for 75 consecutive years and has increased the dividend 36 consecutive years. Brown-Forman is a member of the prestigious Standard & Poors 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index, which is composed of companies that have increased their cash dividend every year for at least 25 years.
