East Resources Acquisition Company Announces Pricing of $300 Million Initial Public Offering
July 23, 2020 7:10 AM EDTBOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- East Resources Acquisition Company (the Company) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market, LLC (NASDAQ) and will trade under the ticker symbol ERESU beginning on July 23, 2020. Each unit issued in the offering consists of one share of the Companys Class A common stock and one-half of one warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at an exercise price of $11.50 per share.
