GlobalSCAPE and HelpSystems Sign Merger Agreement

(NYSE American: GSB), and HelpSystems, LLC today jointly announced they have signed a definitive merger agreement under which HelpSystems will acquire all outstanding shares of GlobalSCAPE for $9.50 per share in cash.
