BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE: RF) today announced results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. The company reported a net loss available to common shareholders of $237 million, or $0.25 loss per share. Results include a credit loss provision in excess of net charge-offs of $700 million. The resulting increase to the company's allowance for credit losses reflects adverse conditions and significant uncertainty around the economic outlook combined... More
