Revolution Medicines Announces Pricing of $156.0 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
July 8, 2020 10:48 PM EDTREDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 08, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolution Medicines, Inc. (Nasdaq: RVMD) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $26.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Revolution Medicines.
