Cannae Holdings, Inc. Announces Dun & Bradstreet’s Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 30, 2020 8:42 PM EDTLAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cannae Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNNE) (Cannae) today announced that Dun & Bradstreet Holdings, Inc. (Dun & Bradstreet), a Cannae portfolio company, priced its initial public offering of 78,302,272 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $22.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 1, 2020 under the symbol DNB. The initial public offering is expected to close on July 6, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
