Ventas Declares Second Quarter 2020 Dividend

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) (Ventas or the Company) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, payable in cash on July 14, 2020 to stockholders of record on July 1, 2020. The second quarter dividend amount represents a 43 percent reduction from the first quarter dividend of $0.7925 per share.
