BeyondSpring Announces Pricing of Ordinary Shares

(the Company or BeyondSpring) (Nasdaq: BYSI), a global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of innovative immuno-oncology cancer therapies, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 1,930,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $13.00 per share. The Company also announced the sale of an aggregate of 384,615 ordinary shares at the public offering price to entities affiliated with Decheng Capital in a separate private placement transaction.
