Constellation Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
June 16, 2020 8:28 PM EDTCAMBRIDGE,Mass., June 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Constellation Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (Nasdaq: CNST) a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company using its expertise in epigenetics to discover and develop novel therapeutics, today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 5,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $35.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of $192.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and expenses payable by Constellation.
