VICI Properties Inc. (VICI) Announces 22M Share Public Offering of Common Stock

VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI) (VICI Properties or the Company), an experiential asset real estate investment trust, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 22,000,000 shares of its common stock, all of which will be offered on a forward basis through the forward purchaser or its affiliate in connection with the forward sale agreement described below. The underwriters of the offering also expect to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,300,000 additional shares of the Companys common stock.
